Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

Key responsibilities:
* Providing guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including advice, meetings, and document drafting
* Managing personal caseloads and monitoring case progression
* Referring to specialists for health or absence management issues
* Advising on employment lifecycle matters, such as holiday calculations and contractual issues
* Participating in HR projects to streamline processes and implement strategies
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
* Analyzing recurring issues and implementing solutions
* Training managers on HR policies and best practices
* Assisting with change management exercises and policy updates
* Managing a caseload to balance proactive and reactive HR services
* Handling employee relations cases, including sickness, investigations, and disciplinary hearings
The successful candidate will work closely with managers to strengthen our advisory capacity and support our services. We welcome applications from experienced HR professionals eager to develop further and those with a solid ER foundation looking to progress. This role offers the chance to manage complex employee relations cases and expand HR knowledge.
Based primarily at our Head Office in Hesslewood Country Business Park near the Humber Bridge, some travel to our services may be required, so access to a vehicle is essential.
