Job Description
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing and automation strategies that enhance production capabilities. This includes managing process engineering, overseeing equipment integration, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and optimize production equipment and processes for efficiency and scalability.
2. Manage engineering aspects of key programs from concept to completion.
3. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational goals.

The Successful Applicant
The Engineering Manager will have extensive experience in plastics process engineering and automation, combined with strong leadership and project management skills. They should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
4. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
5. 7+ years in plastics engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
6. Expertise in injection molding, automation systems, and CAD tools.
