Were currently looking for two committed individuals to join our friendly and supportive team at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council as a School Crossing Patrol Warden at either Myton Park Primary School or St Patricks Catholic Primary School.
In this important role, youll help children and parents cross the road safely on their journey to and from school. Youll work weekday mornings and afternoons during term time, providing a vital service to the local community.
Details of the posts on offer are as follows:
Location: Myton Park Primary School - Ingleby Barwick
Hours of work: 8:05AM - 9:05AM and 2:50PM - 3:50PM (split shifts)
10 hours per week
Pro rata actual salary: £5,700
Location: St Patricks Catholic Primary School - Thornaby (Lanehouse Road)
Hours of work: 8:10AM - 9:15AM and 2:40PM - 3:50PM (split shifts)
11.25 hours per week
Pro rata actual salary: £6,412
We will provide you with the basic training, all you need to be a success is:
* Good verbal communication skills to enable you to communicate effectively with the general public
* Ability to work using your own initiative
* Enjoy working outdoors
* As the role involves working with children, you will also need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
