The Opportunity
We have an exciting role as Store Manager to join our new Byredo Covent Garden Store. The working schedule is full time, 5 days per week (37.5 hrs) Monday – Sunday inclusive. Store Managers are responsible for overseeing the store, staff, merchandise and customer service, achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards. You will also build highly motivated teams, coach and develop them to the next level.
Responsibilities
* Profit and Sales Generation:
o Meeting sales goals
o Analysing sales reports and data to determine business needs, setting strategies
o Support the development of the Fragrance Consultants' skills, ensuring the team is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge
o Demonstrate sales leadership, playing an active role on the selling floor
* Customer Service:
o Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service
o Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, assisting team members where needed
* Operations:
o Ensure correct staffing levels
o Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash
o Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure right assortment for the store, communicating inventory needs to support business goals
o Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect and reflective of current visual direction
* Human Resources:
o Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure vacancies are filled timely with the right candidate
o Continually evaluate performance of each Fragrance Consultant and provide constant feedback to ensure results
