We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Trainee Dental Nurse to join a progressive private dental practice in North Shields.

Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
* Friday: 8:00am to 3:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm
(Flexible full:time and part:time roles available, shift patterns discussed at interview)
Role Responsibilities:
* Preparing treatment rooms and equipment prior to procedures
* Assisting dentists chairside during a range of treatments
* Maintaining strict infection control and decontamination standards
* Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their visit
* Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
* Supporting the smooth day:to:day running of the practice
* Working towards completion of a recognised dental nursing qualification
Skills and Requirements:
* Enrolled on, or planning to enrol on, a dental nursing course
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Friendly, caring, and professional approach
* Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a team
* Genuine interest in dentistry and healthcare
* Willingness to complete a dental nursing qualification
Previous chairside assisting experience is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided.
