Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes according to specifications.
* Maintain high levels of food hygiene, health, and safety.
* Assist in menu execution and creating daily specials.
* Manage preparation, stock rotation, and minimise wastage.
* Perform effectively during busy periods.
* Contribute positively to the team atmosphere.
Requirements
* Proven chef experience or strong commis skills ready for advancement.
* Passion for fresh, consistent cuisine.
* Excellent time management and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Knowledge of food hygiene standards (Level 2 preferred).
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
