We are actively seeking an experienced, professional and personable Receptionist to join us at our Wrexham Office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office software.
Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors ensuring a positive first impression.
* Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for Directors and staff members.
* Perform clerical tasks ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Handle correspondence including emails and post efficiently.
* Collaborate with departments to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Ad-hoc administration duties as and when required.
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
* A friendly demeanour and professional appearance are essential for client interactions.
