An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established medium-sized specialist care home in Littlehampton.
The service supports adults with complex mental health needs and is part of a family-run provider with a Good CQC rating and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role
As Home Manager you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the day-to-day management of the home
*
Ensuring consistently high standards of care, safety and resident wellbeing
*
Recruiting, developing and supporting a strong staff team
*
Building positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
*
Managing referrals, occupancy and admissions appropriately
*
Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the home’s quality standards
*
Promoting a positive and supportive culture for staff and residents
About You
We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager with a strong track record of managing care services and maintaining high standards.
You will ideally have:

Current or previous experience as a Registered Home Manager
*
A background in mental health, nursing homes, complex care or specialist services
*
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
*
Experience leading and developing care teams
*
A hands-on leadership style and commitment to delivering excellent care
A nurse qualification with an active NMC PIN is desirable, although experienced non-nurse managers will also be considered.
Managers currently running nursing homes with experience of dementia, complex care or behaviours that challenge are encouraged to apply.
