An opportunity has become available for a Financial Planning Administrator in Ipswich to join a growing financial planning firm. This organisation offers great support, training, and hybrid working.
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
* Handle all incoming calls/emails professionally and efficiently
* Manage customer queries, passing only those requiring advice to the Financial Planner
* Record and monitor annual review dates on the back office system
* Plan, book, and prepare for annual review meetings to ensure none are missed
* Collaborate with the Financial Planner to ensure clients receive the expected service
* Assist clients with account registration, navigation, and updates
* Keep the Financial Planner & Clients updated on case progress and technical queries
* Pre-populate New Business / Servicing forms and application packs
* Process new business transactions accurately and promptly
* Create and update client platform records
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Excellent diary management and organisational skills
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proven high level of customer service
