The Role:
* Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a
warm welcome and unique and special experience to guests
* Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy
that excites guests before, during and at the end of their experience so
that they leave with a smile
* Demonstrate your determination to deliver impeccable service
with an eye for detail – picking up on the little things that will make guests
feel special

and different customer requirements
* Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn

* All hosts will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased
