Were looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) for our welcoming, highly regarded Nursing Home in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
This is a MUST-HAVE : you need previous Senior Nurse / clinical leadership experience (senior on shift, leading a team, audits/care plans, oversight).
1 supernumerary day per week to focus on clinical oversight, audits and care plans
~ The rest of your shifts on the floor as a nurse, leading by example and supporting the team
Be the senior clinical point of support on shift
Medication rounds, documentation and care planning
Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
Active NMC PIN (RGN)
Minimum 2 years Senior Nurse / Nurse-in-Charge / shift-lead experience
