As part of that growth, they’re building out their marketing team and are now looking for a Brand & Content Manager to shape narrative, messaging, and content strategy at a pivotal stage in their journey.
This is a highly impactful role where you'll play a key part in defining how the business shows up to the market. With strong product-market fit, a clear growth trajectory, and an increasingly ambitious commercial strategy, this is an exciting opportunity for a content and brand specialist with experience in FinTech looking for their next challenge.
The Brand & Content Manager will:
* Own and evolve the overarching content strategy, helping define and embed a clear, consistent narrative across the business
* Ensure content across the funnel, from top-of-funnel through to sales enablement, is cohesive, differentiated, and aligned to commercial goals
* Define messaging, tone of voice, and brand narrative across channels, working closely with sales to enhance collateral and enablement materials
* Manage external agencies and freelancers across content, PR, and production
* Identify high-impact content opportunities, particularly across awareness and education
* Bring greater structure and consistency to how content is planned, executed, and delivered
Required skills & experience:
* Experience in fintech, SaaS, or another regulated/complex industry
* Strong experience shaping messaging and narrative within a business
* Experience managing agencies and external content production
* Clear understanding of how content supports demand generation and sales, not just brand
