Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online systems in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide clear information on products, services, and orders.
* Log, track, and resolve issues, escalating where necessary.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with customer information.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service or administration role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Confident in using MS Office and customer management systems.
* Positive, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.
