Sales Specialist on site Maidenhead - 1 year contract (temp - perm)
The Sales Service Specialist provides frontline support by managing customer and salesperson enquiries, processing incoming orders received by phone, post, fax, or email, and ensuring smooth communication. While no advanced technical expertise is required, a general knowledge of the company’s products and their use is expected.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer, engineer, and salesperson orders received through phone, email, fax, or post, ensuring accurate entry into SAP (Symphony) and AS400 systems within required timelines.

Respond to internal and external customer queries regarding deliveries, invoices, pricing, product availability, and all order-related matters, liaising with other departments in Maidenhead as well as teams in Germany and Ireland when needed.

Coordinate logistics issues with German colleagues and local courier services, resolving shipping discrepancies and ensuring efficient delivery processes.

Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to group projects.
*
Support customer relationship building by attending visits with Salespeople or Engineers to better understand customer needs.

Provide assistance with additional duties as required by the Sales Service Department.
