Responsibilities
You will manage the Work Placement and Careers Coordinators, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality work placements, effective career provision and the accurate maintenance of destination data. You will also work closely with the Careers Supervisor to support the wider delivery of the College’s Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) strategy.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification
* Proven experience in organising work experience placements and managing staff
