Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Frome for a Process Technologist at Marston Foods. The Process Technologist will be responsible for the transfer of new products from kitchen to factory, improving production processes, ensuring consistent quality, and maintaining efficiency in our dessert-making operations. Main responsibilities include trial planning and execution, launch process paperwork, HACCP and QAS.
Qualifications / Experience
* Previous experience in the food manufacturing or production industry is essential
* Knowledge of Food Technology and a strong understanding of food production and safety practices
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
* Previous Process Technologist experience advantageous
