WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Provide technical support for lamination, coating and slitting
* Develop training programs and offer ongoing support to operators
* Find process improvements that reduce waste and improve quality
* Set up machines in line with the production plan Follow safety procedures and basic maintenance
* Check and commission new technologies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Extensive lamination and slitting experience
* Flexible and team focused approach
* Conscientious approach to quality
* Good attendance and time-keeping Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen or Kanban
Shift Pattern: 4 Shift Rotation 12-hour days & nights/36 hours per week
