The Role
We're looking for a Fashion Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, media, and communications who's eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
You'll support the fashion team across press office activity, media and influencer outreach, sample management, and event coordination - helping deliver standout campaigns for leading fashion brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with drafting and distributing press materials, media alerts, and coverage reports.
* Manage sample requests, send-outs, and returns, ensuring accuracy and organisation.
* Support with planning and delivering events, shoots, and brand activations.
* Help maintain press lists, monitor coverage, and identify key journalists and influencers.
* Contribute creative ideas and research to inform campaign planning and storytelling.
Desired Skills and Experience
* 1–2 years' experience in PR, fashion, or communications (agency or in-house).
* A strong interest in fashion, media, and influencer culture.
* Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks.
* Team player with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with PR tools such as Fashion Monitor or Launchmetrics (desirable).

Working Hours:
* Monday: 9am–6pm
* Tuesday–Thursday: 10am–6pm
* Friday: 10am–4pm
* (Additional hours may be required during events or busy periods.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
