Our Role
You will be a passionate individual, dedicated to supervising the team to provide each customer with an exceptional level of service by identifying and satisfying their needs. This will help ensure that the store meets its sales targets and develops customer loyalty. You will also support the management team to maximize profit while maintaining the brand image.
You will naturally embody our PRIDE values, leading everyone in the team to give their best every day and serving as the first point of contact in the absence of higher store management.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise the team to optimize the customer experience as part of TWC's multi-channel strategy.
* Supervise the training, development, and motivation of staff to achieve high levels of customer service and performance.
* Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer queries and complaints.
* Oversee store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising, to reflect the brand.
* Perform administrative procedures such as till transactions, cashing up, and staff discount purchases.
* Hold responsibility for store keys, opening and closing procedures, completing checklists, and cash handling.
* Drive sales on the shop floor in the absence of senior management, optimizing sales and customer service at all times.
