Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Camunda DevOps Lead with strong expertise in the banking domain to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will work from company offices, client sites, or home as needed.
Your Role
Drive the marketing technology vision, roadmap, and operating model to enable data‑driven, omnichannel customer engagement. Partner with Marketing, Data, Product, and Technology teams to define use cases, evaluate platforms, architect integrations, and ensure capabilities deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
As a Camunda DevOps Lead, you will:
* Lead design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments across multiple environments.
* Own the end‑to‑end DevOps lifecycle from environment provisioning to production release governance.
* Drive adoption of IaC practices using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
* Establish DevOps standards, patterns, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistency, security, and reliability.
* Build and maintain scalable, cloud‑ready platform infrastructure aligned with enterprise architecture.
* Create self‑service automation tooling to empower developers for independent deployments.
* Reduce operational toil through automation of monitoring, scaling, configuration, and system maintenance.
* Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to maintain high platform availability.
* Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution for mission‑critical systems.
* Establish operational runbooks, readiness checklists, and best practices for platform reliability.
* Embed security best practices into pipelines, infrastructure, and operations via automated checks and compliance controls.
* Ensure platform and deployments meet enterprise, audit, and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with architects, product owners, cloud teams, and engineering squads to align capabilities with business goals.
* Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps engineers and development teams.
* Deploy, support, and automate Camunda platform operations, including pipelines, monitoring, performance tuning, and end‑to‑end automation.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience leading DevOps and platform engineering initiatives.
* Strong background in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, GitOps).
* Proficiency with CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
* Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and incident response practices.
* Experience ensuring security compliance in cloud environments.
* Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and mentorship skills.
* Specialized experience with Camunda workflow automation.
