Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 7 Ward Manager for the Therapeutic Support Service, who is keen to maximise their management and clinical skills in a complex environment. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Applications are invited from persons with a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience and registered with NMC to join a progressive team to provide a high quality service.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the team you will support the Matron to provide quality care for individuals with complex health needs. You should possess excellent management, interpersonal and communication skills, be able to lead and motivate others, and work flexibly within the team.
