Commercial Disputes Associate – Manchester

This role is ideal for a 2+ PQE commercial disputes lawyer with either broad experience or with expertise in a particular sector. With a focus on high value and complex commercial disputes across various sectors and dealing with matters across the full range of commercial dispute including contractual disputes, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, insolvency, probate, corporate crime and professional negligence, you\'ll find a supportive environment that values autonomy and thrives on its entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
* Handle high value and complex commercial disputes across various sectors.
* Manage matters across the full range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, insolvency, probate, corporate crime and professional negligence.
* Operate with autonomy within a supportive, entrepreneurial culture and contribute to a collaborative national network with international ties.
* Contribute to local and national charity initiatives led by peers with a passion for impact.
* Engage in a clear, structured pathway for progression within a diverse workforce.
Qualifications
* 2+ years’ PQE in commercial disputes.
* Broad experience or specific sector expertise relevant to complex disputes.
