Description
We are growing our Keoghs Scotland’s Abuse team in Glasgow and are looking for a Solicitor. This is a challenging, high-impact role advising a varied and interesting client base on complex and sensitive claims. You’ll work with a dynamic, supportive team and engage with evolving legal issues. Ideal for those with Sheriff Court/Court of Session personal injury experience. This role offers real scope for career growth across wider legal fields.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims (Defender)
* Forensic review and analysis of documents, liability, quantum, and causation
* Drafting advice, court documents, and correspondence
* Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel
* Liaising with clients and conducting site visits
* Supporting Partners and contributing to team initiatives
* Engaging in business development through articles, blogs, presentations, and events
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Experience in sensitive and complex claims
* Sheriff Court appearances and instructing in the Court of Session
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
