Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and empathetically to enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction. Resolving escalated issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure and turning challenges into positive outcomes. Flexibly support desk requirements, seamlessly switching between administration, sales, and customer service tasks as needed. Work closely with the team leader, providing day-to-day support and contributing to project-based activities that drive the business forward. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
