Role: Production Print Field Service Technician
Location: East Midlands – Field Based
Package: £28,000 - £33,000 plus 10% bonus.

What you will do
Are you an experienced print field technician ready to work on larger scale equipment? If you are looking to upskill and expand your knowledge, we have the role for you. You will provide exceptional technical solutions on our large-scale print equipment, such as commercial printers and print rooms, by responding to call outs in a timely and professional manner.
You will be responsible for achieving key cost and productivity targets; identifying and resolving technical faults and undertaking any part replacements as they arise; providing support and advice on technical matters through service meetings, training sessions, field accompaniment and other methods as appropriate; and delivering effective and professional communication to our customers.
Please note you will be required to have a DBS check if you are successful.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this position:
* You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
* Youll have good networking knowledge
* Youll have controller and colour profile knowledge
* Youll have knowledge of operating systems
