Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £27,000-29,500 (negotiable depends on experience)
Hours: Full-time
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Account Director
Start date: ASAP
Position Summary
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be hungry for growth - both personally and professionally. Someone who isn't afraid to get out of their comfort zone, can adapt quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Alongside our team of marketing experts, you will be helping to tell the stories of some of the biggest brands in the B2B space. This includes 1-2-1 communication with the CEOs, CMOs and founders, crafting marketing campaigns and managing their overall marketing strategy. Not only will you be a huge piece of our business, but you'll also play an integral part in our clients' marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* To regularly communicate with our clients to ensure they get the best service possible.
* To work with the wider team to develop effective campaigns for our clients.
* To have your finger on the pulse with our clients’ industries to ensure we are always 10 steps ahead.
* To provide monthly insight reports to the Account Director regarding progress across all managed accounts.
* Identifying best practices to refine the company’s marketing playbook.
* To bring your own thoughts and ideas to the table as to how we can improve as a partner and an agency
What We Are Looking For
* Someone with experience working within a marketing agency.
* Someone who is self-motivated with a big work ethic and a desire to learn.
* The ability to lead calls with leaders in other organisations.
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
* A track record of managing accounts.
* A deep understanding of marketing (particularly in the B2B space).
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
* A genuine love for marketing.
* Experience in the agency world.
