Construction Manager – Lift Installation Team (Scotland)
We are looking for a Construction / Lift Installation Manager to join our Lift installation team in Scotland. You will be accountable for managing scope, schedule and budget of the assigned projects, acting as the KONE interface to customers and other stakeholders with a focus on customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.
Key Accountabilities At The Role
* Manage lift installation and modernisation projects from sales/installation hand‑over to completion at handover to customer and maintenance.
* Responsible for successful project start‑up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitation.
* Oversee site preparations and readiness, storage and logistics and required resources and tools.
* Request materials to site and confirm delivery.
* Ensure correct KONE installation methods and proper risk assessment.
* Lead and manage the installation team, including subcontractors, planning and ensuring sufficient project resourcing and competencies, and motivate site operatives.
* Proactively manage customer communication throughout the project and ensure professional stakeholder management.
* Accountable for the project's financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management (capitalising on change order opportunities).
* Create and maintain safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors in the project and ensure compliance with KONE's and customer safety and security policies.

* Lift experience is a plus; engineering or construction industry experience is preferred.
* Excellent health and safety knowledge
* CSCS card
* SMSTS, SSSTS certification
* Driving licence
* Good written and spoken English
