Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive and professional lettings team. The role can be shaped around the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications, offering genuine long-term progression with no capped potential. For the right individual, there is the opportunity to grow into a more senior role and provide ongoing support to the Lettings Manager as the department continues to develop. Key Responsibilities: Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to move-out Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance issues and managing contractor relationships Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and general property queries Supporting the Lettings Manager with day-to-day operational duties where required Contributing to process improvements and best practice within the lettings department Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in residential property management ARLA qualification (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance Highly organised with strong communication skills Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team Full UK driving licence Access to own car Package and Benefits: Basic salary: £32,000 – £34,000 (flexible for an exceptional candidate) 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Full-time, permanent position Opportunity for long-term progression with no capped potential Supportive and professional working environment Office-based role within an established lettings team Any questions, email us at info@clearviewrecruitment.com
