To capitalise on this success, we are currently looking for senior experienced Workday Finance professionals to join our established and growing Workday Practice. As a Senior Director, you will oversee and work closely with a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
What your days will look like:
* Leading business development activities to help identify and research Workday enabled finance transformation opportunities on new/existing clients
* Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients leveraging Workday technologies
* Managing and delivering large projects by developing diverse, highly skilled project teams, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
* Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
* Supporting collaborative and ambitious recruitment process to grow the team, and train, coach, and supervise team members for continuous organic growth.
* Continuing to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
* Proven demonstrable business development and implementation experience in Workday Financials, preferably at large, complex multinationals, and are considered an expert with market eminence in your field
* Background in Finance Transformation
* Experience driving the growth of a transformation team would be preferable
* Strategic thinker with evidence of strong leadership abilities across business development, engagement management, project delivery, and team management.
* Experience working in a complex, multi-capability environment would be beneficial, understanding the key drivers and relationships required across onshore and offshore teams to build a practice and deliver successful large scale transformation programmes, often across multiple countries.
* An engaging approach, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and some evidence of a c-suite level network – you will be comfortable typically consulting with CFO and CEOs.
