About the Role
Our client, a reputable further education college in Cambridge, is seeking a dedicated Lecturer to join their Business & Law department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence students preparing for careers in business, management, and legal sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Business and Law programmes at Levels 2–5.
2. Create learning materials and assess student progress according to awarding body standards.
3. Support students through tutorials, feedback, and personal development initiatives.
4. Contribute to curriculum development and quality enhancement projects.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high teaching standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
* Degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
* Experience in further education teaching or similar environment.
* Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
* Passion for student-centred education.
