What You’ll Do
* Deliver high-quality candidates to existing clients
* Manage the full candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care
* Proactively headhunt and build strong talent networks
* Support on key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
* Maintain a high standard of communication and service to candidates
(No business development required – this role is fully delivery-focused.)
What We’re Looking For
* At least 6 months agency recruitment experience (any market)
* Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
* A motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with candidates
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
* Someone who wants to grow in a specialist, supportive environment
