Band 2 Clerical Officer within Mental Health Services Location: Downpatrick Hours:30 Hours p/w Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri 9am-5pm Salary: £12.21-£18.32 Contract: Temporary Up to 6 months (potential for extension) Duties: Duties and Responsibilities: Covering telephone reception and managing a high volume of calls, including challenging or sensitive calls. Monitoring the CCG for incoming referrals daily. Following ISO procedures for referral management. Creating CMHT patient files with referral paperwork and allocating patient numbers (paper files are no longer used in Lisburn). Ensuring files are available for clinical appointments. Formatting, printing, and forwarding outcome letters to GPs and other relevant HCPs. Photocopying and maintaining patient information leaflets. Importing documents (e.g., re-assessments, prescriptions) on Maxims. Allocating routine appointments on the calendar and Maxims. Covering reception and sending prescriptions to GPs.
