As a Key Account Manager, you will assume a vital role in strategically developing and managing our key accounts within the Data Centre and Facilities Management sectors. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while proactively identifying new business opportunities to enhance sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee complete account responsibilities for key accounts within the Data Centre and Facilities Management sectors.
* Strategically develop and penetrate accounts to maximise opportunities across the UK.
* Manage all facets of account administration, encompassing business development, service delivery, and financial assessments.
* Act as the principal liaison for key customers, ensuring effective management and evaluation of contracts and projects.
* Foster strong, sustainable relationships with customers to comprehensively understand their needs and requirements.
* Conduct technical site surveys and prepare detailed proposals and quotations for both planned and reactive services.
* Identify opportunities for deeper account penetration and the establishment of new revenue streams.
* Collaborate with the Crown Oil Environmental Team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* A self-motivated individual with a strong emphasis on generating opportunities and achieving results.
* Demonstrated experience in account management within the Data Centre or Facilities Management sectors.
* Superior communication skills with the ability to forge effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with the capacity to present information clearly and effectively.
* A continuous commitment to learning and skill development regarding new technologies and best practices.
* Knowledge of the Fuel System Industry and fuel products, including Diesel and HVO, is preferred.
* A valid driving license is a mandatory requirement.
