A Normal Day Would Include
* Supporting company operations, including answering phones professionally, taking notes, contacting relevant personnel, checking post, photocopying, etc.
* Helping develop awareness of the company by coordinating newsletters/direct mail releases and updating communications such as social media profiles and the Vivid Website.
* Ensuring the accuracy of Vivid’s database of professional contacts.
* Assisting in producing and issuing internal and external communications for campaigns.
* Contributing ideas during meetings.
* Preparing notes from meetings and assisting in proposal preparation.
* Researching and sourcing information for specific projects.
* Supporting client campaign logistics, sourcing materials, organizing quotes, chasing POs, invoicing, and maintaining the CRM workflow database.
* Managing Vivid’s CRM system, improving reporting, accuracy, and processes.
* Liaising with creative teams, project managers, and accounts to support workflow and financial management.
* Performing general office administration, including hospitality, greeting guests, procurement of supplies.
* Organizing Vivid’s social calendar and learning schedules, such as 'Friday Visionary sessions.'
* Managing digital filing systems and Teams channels.
* Supporting the journey to BCorp certification.
