What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritizing deliveries, organizing the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally managing a full store operation independently overnight, being responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level to prepare the store for opening and serve customers effectively.
* Managing people, including performance reviews, capability development, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable with nightshift working and adaptable to its physical and mental impacts, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the team.
* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Resilient to handle the mental and physical demands of night shifts.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach a team to deliver the same.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs or other performance metrics.
* Ability to handle disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
* Capable of leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
