The post holder will hold an allocated caseload, and will work within the skill mix team, comprising of Health Visitors, Public Health Nurses, Community Nursery Nurses and Administrators, to support a caseload of Universal, Targeted and Specialist/Safeguarding Families.
There is opportunity to take on further study and to become a champion' for areas of interest, for example mental wellbeing and/or transition to parenthood.
There will also be the opportunity to support students out on practice, for example Student Health Visitors and Nurses.
There is a mix of training within the locality, in addition to supervisory support and team building to ensure staff members feel valued and part of a cohesive and supportive team.
