Responsibilities:
1. Compliance
2. Ensure customer servicing requirements are met for short-term and long-term trailer fleets, including updating system documentation and driving compliance.
3. Liaise with vendors and TIP branches to organize trailer servicing and validate service sheets.
4. Administration
5. Raise work orders and purchase orders to external vendors.
6. Conduct yard checks and validation.
7. Process rebills raised by TIP and obtain order numbers for damages or repairs.
8. Handle customer and vendor invoice queries.
9. Manage new account inquiries for rental and third-party customers.
10. Ensure fleet tagging and comments are correctly entered.
11. Liaise with DVSA to arrange MOT bookings and administer through to rebilling.
12. Handle warranty processing.
13. Validate technicians' time daily.
14. Provide excellent customer service aligned with TIP values.
15. Conduct customer visits as required.
16. Rental (if required)
17. Organize customer sourcing from request to on hire and off hire.
18. Adhere to company policies on trailer rental, vehicle check-in/out, and parking management.
19. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
20. Perform daily walk-arounds of offices, yard, and workshop to identify EHS issues.
21. Participate in EHS monthly meetings.
22. Perform additional duties as requested by line management, within your capabilities.

Qualifications/Requirements:
