The leadership and improvement programme aims to:
* Explore leadership within the NHS
* Promote Trust values and behaviours
* Develop your leadership effectiveness and skills
* Equip staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead and complete service improvements within the scope of your role.
After you complete these six and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities. We also offer a range of additional in‑house and externally provided courses and bitesize programmes through our Leadership and Improvement Team.
Upper GI Specialist Nurse Team – Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic senior nurse to join the Upper GI Specialist Nurse Team.
We are looking for an experienced nurse who has extensive knowledge and experience in Upper GI nursing. The right person must have a passion and drive to provide high quality patient‑centred care.
Responsibilities
The post holder will work closely with a variety of health care professionals and the management team. You will be a valued member of the team and you will have input developing multi‑professional Upper GI nursing service. This is a challenging and demanding role and requires a proactive, self‑motivated, dedicated person who is capable of managing complex care pathways across multiple agencies and services to ensure the highest quality of care and service for all patients.
You will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage your own workload and have problem‑solving skills. You will be an excellent team player but equally be able to work autonomously.

Overall Training and Development
