Trainee Cover Supervisor – Start a Career in Education Today!
Location: Redcar
Pay: £100 – £110 per day

What is a Cover Supervisor?
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be delivering pre-set lessons in secondary schools when teachers are absent. You’re not expected to be a subject expert — just someone who can lead a classroom, keep students engaged, and ensure learning continues.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and supervising classes across a range of subjects
* Following planned lessons and keeping students on task
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Building confidence and experience for a future career in education
No Experience? No Problem.
We offer full training through our Cover Supervisor Training Programme. If you’re motivated and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.
