We are currently looking for a talented Assistant Manager at our lovely cafe in Chippenham (Emery Gate Shopping Centre). This position is not for the faint hearted or those afraid of hard work However, we are interested in someone who wants to have a part to play in an evolving company and whose personality will set the tone for the café.
Who are we looking for?
* Our aim is that 'Every customer leaves happy'; you will make sure they do The right candidate will have a natural gift for hospitality and be able to motivate and lead a team through their passion, their example and their commitment.
* As an Assistant Manager or Supervisor you will be a master of all trades who can bang out great tasting coffee or bacon bap, epitomise great counter service, look slick on the café floor and do it all with a dazzling smile and aura of calm competence.
* A positive and organised individual with a structured approach to training, preparation and shift management, who is as comfortable writing a rota as they are making a latte.
