We are looking for a Baker to join the production team, within our Bakery in Glasgow. McDonalds Bakers is a family run business, that have been serving the people of Glasgow for over 50 years. We pride ourselves in providing quality products and excellent service to all our customers within our 3 retail Bakers and Coffee Shops. Working as part of a team, the main duties of the role are: * Weighing ingredients, mixing doughs etc. * Pastry brake. * Icing, creaming, and finishing products. * Preparation and cleaning of Bakery equipment. * To provide a hygienic working environment. * Working within the policies and procedures to ensure good standards of hygiene and safety are met to provide a safe and hygienic working environment. * Monday - Saturday 5am start If you are enthusiastic and are willing to work as part of a team, we would be delighted to hear from you. Previous experience of working in a Bakery would be required.
