Job Title: Product Change Executive

Fulltime – 35 hrs per week
Salary: £36,000 DOE + fantastic benefits
About the role
Fabulous opportunity to manage the delivery of a variety of document and literature changes as required across our global product portfolio; and to ensure that all global product literature is fit for purpose, legal and compliant.
You will be working with a team who are responsible for a global range of products, making a real difference to the future of healthcare, and helping customers across the world to live happier, healthier lives.
What you will do
* Manage and update key product literature on our WRAPS asset management system and remove all expired literature
* Ensure that all product literature is accurate, compliant, meets all local regulatory requirements and is presented in a way that aids customer understanding
* Support the delivery of key growth, regulatory and BAU initiatives, ensuring thatproduct literature is updated in an accurate and timely manner
* Assist in the delivery of the annual ‘Rules Review’ across the global product portfolio, making sure all rule changes are implemented across our suite of product literature
* Stakeholder engagement and management as part of all product change activities
* Ensure that the governance process for product change is followed
What you’ll bring
* Experience of the creation, delivery and in-life management of varied customerliterature and/or communications across a range of markets – ideally gained in a regulatedmarket or Financial Services
* Experience creating complex customer literature and/or comms
* Strong interpersonal skills with a challenging and persuasive manner, to win andmaintain the respect of colleagues across the business at all levels
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong planning and organisational skills
* Experience of working in a global organisation or with a global product portfolio wouldbe great - experience in healthcare, access, or value-add products would be amazing
* Awareness and understanding of PMI/IPMI products and the PMI/IPMI market wouldalso be hugely advantageous
* Experience with stakeholder engagement and management
