Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Support residents with meaningful daily activities and community engagement. Assist with emotional, social, and practical needs. Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent support. Promote independence, self-confidence, and relapse prevention strategies. Encourage and support access to education, employment, and leisure opportunities.
