Day Support Worker South Grove House - Autism & Mental Health Bamber Bridge, Preston Full-Time Day Shifts – 38.5 Hours Per Week £12.60 per hour / £25,225.20 per year 7:45am – 7:45pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Are you passionate about supporting adults with autism and associated complex mental health needs? Active Pathways is recruiting committed and compassionate Support Workers to join South Grove House, our specialist residential service in Fulwood, Preston. Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Support residents with meaningful daily activities and community engagement. Assist with emotional, social, and practical needs. Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent support. Promote independence, self-confidence, and relapse prevention strategies. Encourage and support access to education, employment, and leisure opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting. Confidence in building rapport with residents and the wider team. A strong understanding of person-centred, quality care. A positive, supportive approach with a focus on recovery and inclusion.
