The role
Located on the Kings Road, Medlar is an independently owned restaurant from Chef Joe Mercer Nairne and Front of House manager David O'Connor. We opened in April 2011, and over the years have gained many exemplary reviews and won several awards - including AA restaurant of the year, a Michelin star, OpenTable Top Ten UK restaurant and Tatler young chef of the year.

We are searching for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team here. Time having cooked in good quality kitchens is desired, but we are willing to take on a chef with less experience if they have a passion for food, dedication and a good attitude.
We work 8 shifts per week, which we do as 4 doubles, so have 3 days off. We are open daily for lunch and dinner, and so days off change each week.
We provide chefs jackets, aprons, cloths and trousers but not shoes or knives.
