Job Description
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Partner to join the Brand Partnerships team in our eCommerce department to support the promotion and development of our high street brand partnerships. This role can be based at either our Manchester, Leicester or London offices but frequent travel between those as well as brand partner or suppliers offices (mainly London based) is required. It offers a salary range between £42,000 - £48,000 plus great benefits!

About the role:
This role will work across our Brands category to grow our collaborative marketing with strategic brands and suppliers. You’ll work with key partners from over 700 brands available to buy online from Next.co.uk and this role is specifically focusing on our high street fashion category. The role involves collaboratively across internal teams at NEXT as well as managing and growing relationships with external senior brand stakeholders. What else is involved?
* Execute strategic and inspiring brand partnerships plans for NEXT.
* Ensure effective project management and delivery of marketing campaigns by working with multiple internal teams.
* Create conversion driving marketing activities that inspire our customers and meet both NEXT and Brand partner KPI’s.
* Deliver 360 marketing activations across multiple touch points including owned channels and digital media.
* Make recommendations on how NEXT can enhance their brand digital marketing approach.
* Repository of brand customer needs and competitor behaviour – by listening to brands, watching the market and formally reporting back at least quarterly on the key trends and take-outs.
* Work very closely with Product and Digital Marketing colleagues.
* Work in tandem with the Brand Trading Managers to align across touchpoints.
* Keep the Brand Partnerships Manager informed with performance, projects and industry developments.
* Ensure regular communication with brand partners providing project updates and clear timelines in order to build the most strategic partnerships.
About you:
* Confident in pitching and presenting to our brands while also project managing multiple campaigns at one time.
* Proven ability to build excellent relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to seamlessly deliver projects of all sizes.
* Proven ability to create effective presentations and pitches.
* Ability to understand data and reports to highlight key take-outs for partners
* Good knowledge of a range of digital media channels.
* Good knowledge of retailer e-commerce objectives and ways of working preferably within the high street fashion category.
* Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership of campaigns, which involves being able to multitask across a number of projects.
