* Support residents to attend medical appointments and liaise with healthcare professionals
* Observe, monitor and accurately record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly to senior staff
* Encourage and promote independence, social engagement and participation in recreational activities
* Support the development of family connections and liaise with external professionals such as Speech & Language Therapists and Learning Disability teams
* Assist with the management of petty cash and resident finances where required
* Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment
