How you can help people and organizations work better together:
Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate will have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. Experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities, is preferred. Sales and client management experience in services industries is also advantageous.
As part of this role, you will:
1. Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value and insights, and advocate for Advantage.
2. Achieve sales and profit goals for your client portfolio and meet new business development targets.
3. Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting and budgeting.
4. Work across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.
5. Use business acumen and negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Support market leaders in developing and nurturing global client collaborations.
7. Enhance the Advantage brand through thought leadership activities such as presentations, conferences, white papers, and articles.
Where You’ll be Located:
The preferred location is in Europe, in countries such as Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, or Germany. This role is remote (home-based).
Travel Expectations:
1. Client office visits for presentations and meetings, mainly in the second half of the year.
2. Occasional visits to Toronto Office.
3. Participation in relevant conferences or industry events.
