We’re Looking For 4 Driven Individuals for a January Start!
Training
* 2 weeks of intense training
* On‑the‑job training & monthly 1‑1 appraisals
* Quarterly workshops with outside trainers & experts
What You’ll Get
* £26K base + commission (realistic first‑year earnings £40K+)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Build relationships with clients and candidates
* Source, headhunt, and engage top professionals
* Interview and prepare candidates for roles
* Draft and review CVs and job adverts
* Support senior consultants

* Graduate (2:1 preferred or direct sales experience)
* Confident, articulate communicator
* Competitive, resilient, and financially motivated
