In this operational role you will manage the front of house by promoting events and initiatives to drive the success of the bar & restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is 'to make every day feel like a holiday'.
Role: Front of House Supervisor
Location: Tarn House Holiday Park, BD23 3FF
Hours: 40 hours per week. Must be able work weekends and evenings.
Salary: £13.89 per hour
Shift pattern: Thursdays to Mondays, afternoons until close
Role overview
* Oversee the booking of entertainment & acts, working with the marketing department to provide content for the entertainment programmes
* Supervise front of house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction
* Maintaining front of house areas to a high standard
* Work alongside the Bar Supervisor to ensure team members meet the required standards of compliance and training
* Opening and locking up, ensuring closure at the correct times and end of day tasks are complete and documented
* Setting up and arranging the layout for functions
* To address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a bar supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry (ideally min 2 years) Additional training will be provided.
* Experience of booking acts and driving campaigns to upsell products or events
* Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
* Personal licence would be desirable
