We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing team within a fast-growing technology business in Central London.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver revenue growth across enterprise clients in the UK and internationally.
The Role
* Lead and develop a team of 6 sales professionals, driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to expand market share and strengthen client partnerships.
* Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to align sales efforts and deliver a seamless customer journey.
* Forecast, report, and manage pipeline effectively to ensure consistent delivery against targets.
* Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and empowerment with autonomy to evolve and grow a talented team.
About You
* Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, data, or tech solutions.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Commercially astute with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence C-level stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with the agility to adapt to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
* Passionate about innovation, technology, and building scalable sales functions.
